Two brothers got into a fight over a cell phone at a house on Silver and Crockett. Police say when one of them went to find his gun, the other ran out of the house and called police.
Officers ordered the man to come outside but he refused. That's when they called SWAT.
The suspect surrendered as officers made entry into the home. He's facing assault charges.
