Desiree Gautier

She currently holds the title of Administrative Assistant where she not only takes calls in an emergency but also takes care of all HR and payroll paperwork for nearly 200 Communications Center employees. Desiree acts as a Liaison for 911 Public Education for the HEC, Harris County SO, coordinating several events within Harris and Ft. Bend Counties throughout the year. She was nominated for 911 Public Educator of the Year in 2012, and was a part of the 2009 Outstanding Call Center Award by the E-911 Institute for her work during Hurricane Ike. Desiree also works as a part time Fire, Police, and Medical dispatcher with the City of Humble Police Department.
