Out of the 150,000 workers who participated only 30 percent said they honestly enjoyed their jobs and their bosses.
The poll also found those allowed to work from home were more engaged. Many blamed their dissatisfaction on the 'boss from hell' who ignored their talent and didn't encourage growth.
