Bank customer pistol-whipped during robbery

HOUSTON

Deputies say the three men pulled guns on people at a Bank of America on Louetta Thursday afternoon. They grabbed cash and pistol-whipped a customer. That customer was taken to the hospital by Cy-Creek EMS.

Deputies found the robbers' abandoned getaway car with the engine still running a short distance away, along with a little of the stolen cash in coins.

Only a minimal description of the suspects is available, as they were wearing all black with hoods over their heads.

If you know anything about the robbery, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
