According to Houston police, an officer responded to a disturbance call at a home on Hollowgreen at Panagard.
When the officer arrived, police say a suspect armed with a knife, punched the officer. The officer suffered a cut on his lip and was treated at the scene.
The suspect barricaded himself inside the home and a SWAT team was called out to the scene around 7:45am. After some time, the SWAT team moved into the suspect's bedroom and used a Taser to subdue him.
