Police say Sue and Marion Powell were headed to Ellington Field to show respect for a Pasadena soldier who died in an attack in Afghanistan. When a truck in front of them slowed down abruptly because of traffic, they rear ended the truck.
Sue died at the scene. Marion is in critical condition.
