It happened just before 5pm in the 9400 block of Richmond.
At the scene, a sheet covered the body of a man lying beside a car with its back windshield shot out.
Right now, the motive behind the shooting is still unclear.
Police are still at the scene questioning people who might have witnessed the shooting.
No suspects have yet been identified, but a brown car was scene fleeing the scene just after the shooting.
