The Texas Department of Public Safety says the accident happened early Monday on Highway 72 in Karnes County, near Kenedy.
DPS did not immediately provide additional information on the victims or the possible cause of the accident. Further details weren't immediately available.
Kenedy is about 50 miles southeast of San Antonio.
