Video released of cell phone pepper spray being used in W. Harris Co. cell phone store robbery

HOUSTON

It happened on May 3 at the store in the 3300 block of South Highway 6 in west Harris County. Investigators say that around 6:30pm, two males walked itno the store and browsed electronics for a few minutes.

One suspect approached the counter as another held open the front door, say detectives. That's when the suspect near the register pepper sprayed the victim and fled the store with stolen merchandise.

The first suspect is described as a white male, between 20 and 25 years of age, approximately five foot nine inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. The suspect has short dark brown hair with side burns and blue or green eyes. At the time of the offense the suspect was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.

The second suspect is described as a white male, between 20 and 25 years of age, standing approximately six feet tall, and weighing approximately 170 pounds. The suspect has dark colored hair, light colored eyes and light facial hair. At the time of the offense, the suspect was wearing a dark gray sweatshirt.
