Officers found the man's body on the Beltway near Richmond. Police say his body was in the middle of the street. The man's family and friends cried loudly near his body, wanting to know why, but police say they don't know what could have caused the shooting.
The victim had been shot multiple times, including once in the head. While the man's name has not been released, officers tell us the victim is Latino and between 40 to 50 years old.
