It happened at the Imperial Landing apartments on Cotillion and Imperial.
Investigators tell us the robber demanded the man's cash and then shot the man as he ran away. The victim was taken to the hospital where he is listed as stable.
The robber got away in a light brown Crown Victoria. Anyone who may have seen anything is urged to call police.
