The chase resulted in the death of a woman's unborn child. Police say Kenneth Humphrey led them on a short chase through Pasadena that ended when he lost control of the car and crashed.
A woman was thrown through the windshield. She was eight months pregnant and the baby died in the hospital.
Another woman was also hurt in the crash.
Humphrey was charged with felony evading arrest causing death.
