Deputies were called out to the victim's home on Castle Way near Ripplewood Thursday afternoon on a welfare check. Authorities entered the home through an unlocked back door and found the victim in a pool of blood. So far, investigators don't have any suspects or a motive for the murder.
They tell us it doesn't appear that anyone took anything from the woman's home.
