ROSENBERG, TX --
Rosenberg police have identified a dead man found in a field. The body was found just after 10am Tuesday in a field on Hartledge Road near Highway 59. Police describe the person as a 44-year-old man believed to be from Hidalgo, Mexico.
Officers aren't releasing his name until they notify next of kin.
The cause of death is under investigation.
