Montgomery Couny jail escapee back in front of judge after being on run for nearly 2 weeks

A suspected bank robber was back in front of a judge Tuesday in Montgomery County after being on the run for nearly two weeks.

Britt Privatte spent nearly two weeks on the run after escaping from the Montgomery County Jail back on March 17. He was being held on bank robbery charges.

He's now facing two additional charges of felony escape. Privatte was on the run for 10 days before he was finally caught.

Privatte is accused of robbing an Amegy Bank in Kingwood back on January 7.
