Oscar Brown is charged with two counts of aggravated assault of a police officer, as well as car theft. SkyEye 13 HD brought you the chase live as it was happening, eventually ending in the Third Ward.
Police say Brown crashed into a patrol car and ran, then put up a fight with officers. He was finally subdued with the help of a K-9 officer.
Brown's female passenger, Kimberly King, had been wanted on two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She was taken into custody without incident after the chase.
