The suspect was speeding down West TC Jester, trying to get away from police when he crashed and ran away. Police dogs helped officers find him.
Officers say the teen robbed a man earlier in the day. He stole his wallet, keys and went to the victim's house and stole his vehicle. He's facing robbery and auto theft charges.
Police say he also tried to run down an officer during the chase.
