The vehicle is believed to be a newer model, silver Toyota four-door, with black trim on the front fenders, spanning the length of the vehicle and a yellow and blue San Diego Chargers lightning bolt decal on the rear window.
The driver is described as a white male in his early to mid-40, medium build, short black hair with some graying and a full beard. The child described the driver as having gold chains around his neck, and a gold ring on his right index finger fashioned in the shape of vines with a rose in the center and that the man had a "fancy cross" tattooed on the inside of his left bicep.
The passenger is a white male in his mid to late-30ss, medium build, with a sparse short beard and he wore a single ring on each finger of his right hand.
