Authorities say they tried to pull the two over for a traffic violation on Reed but they drove off. A short time later, they pulled over on Carmen and tried to run away. The suspects were eventually caught.
At this point, investigators are not sure why the pair ran. No one was hurt and the investigation is ongoing.
