It happened around 2:30am in the 9800 block of the North Freeway near West Road.
Police say the 33-year-old man was speeding and not wearing a helmet when he rear-ended a Chevrolet Impala.
Investigators say the man was thrown from the bike and died at the scene. His name was not released.
No one else was injured.
