Reward increased in search for wanted fugitive

AUSTIN, TX

For the month of November, the reward for information that leads to the arrest of Josue M. Reyna, 22, has increased to $17,500.

According to investigators, Reyna has a violent criminal history and some family members have suspected ties to a Mexican drug cartel. He has active warrants for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Retaliation.

Reyna's last known address was in Lubbock. Investigators say he has family ties to Lubbock, Seminole, Brownfield, Austin, San Antonio, Fabens and Eagle Pass. He might also be in Coahuila, Mexico.

Reyna is 5-foot-9 and was last known to weigh around 145 pounds. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information can provide anonymous tips in four different ways:

  • Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
  • Text the letters DPS followed by your tip to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
  • Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
  • Submit a Facebook tip at http://www.facebook.com/texas10mostwanted by clicking the "SUBMIT A TIP" link (under the "About" section).
