The suspect was in a car with three other people when they were pulled over on Interstate 10 near Park Row.
Investigators tell us he had a protective order against him and a trooper was in the process of arresting him when the suspect ran away.
DPS troopers, Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies and a K-9 unit are all currently looking for that suspect.
