Investigators say the man was driving along Space Center Boulevard near Middlebrook when he ran off the road, hit a guard rail and rolled over. He was partially ejected from the vehicle.
The man was flown to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he died. No one else was in the vehicle.
The victim hasn't been identified.
