A public visitation for Brian Claunch will be held at the Carnes Funeral Home on Indiana Street at 9am. Claunch was a double-amputee with a history of mental illness.
Police say Officer Mathew Marin shot and killed Claunch during a confrontation at his private care home. Marin says Claunch had his partner cornered and feared he was going to stab him with what turned out to be a ballpoint pen.
The FBI is investigating.
