The fire broke out just before 6am on Hardy at Orr. The warehouse belongs to the Yellow Cab Company. The flames damaged the paint booth and body shop area.
Firefighters attacked the flames from inside of the building and quickly got the flames under control.
No injuries were reported. Firefighters say an electrical short sparked the flames.
The estimated damage is approximately $50,000 to $70,000.
