The northbound lanes of FM 1098 at FM 1488 are closed and will be until Tuesday morning. The dolly of a heavy truck hauling an oversized load broke and they are now blocking those lanes in Waller County.
A crew is working on removing the truck's load and replacing the dolly and that work is expected to last until the morning.
