Twelve arrested at bar after complaints of after-hours noise and activity

HOUSTON

When Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies stopped by Club L T Tranz on West Richey Rd. and I-45 on Saturday night, they say they found several violations.

Eleven patrons were arrested for having drugs or warrants out in their name: one person was arrested for possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm on a TABC licensed premise; one person was arrested for possession of crack cocaine; two people were arrested for possession of marijuana; and seven people were arrested for having open misdemeanor warrants.

The bar manager was arrested for breaking alcohol sales laws.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) is now taking action against the club's liquor license.

In the past, the club has been the site of several assaults, a shooting, and several TABC violations.
