Cedric Keith Jones is charged with murder and aggravated assault. Investigators believe he is the one who opened fire on two brothers during an argument on North Main near E. 43rd St. on August 31.
Dwayne Mitchell, 26, was killed. His brother, 23-year-old Gilbert Mitchell, was wounded and is recovering.
Investigators have not said what sparked the argument.
