Police say the bullets started to fly just before after the men got into a fight over a woman.
The gunfire interrupted just before 1am during a party at a home on Clearwood Landing Boulevard near Acer Court.
One of the shooters was wounded and police followed a trail of blood to find him. The other shooter is also in police custody.
A relative of one of the shooters was caught in the crossfire and shot in the leg.
