All commercial flights in and out of Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans for Thursday have been canceled.

According to airport officials, the problem is a lack of commercial power. Entergy provides two power feeds to the airport, but both are reportedly out due to Hurricane Isaac.

Airport officials are in discussion with the airlines on the resumption of commercial flights. Visit our travel guide to see how the closure is affecting air traffic.
