A homeless man discovered the body of a man at a home on Bamboo near Gessner.
The victim's car was left in the driveway, so police have ruled out robbery as a motive.
Investigators described the home as 'a fairly well-known crack-house,' so they think drugs somehow played a part in the shooting.
An investigation is underway.
