Sky Eye HD was over the scene Wednesday morning as officers rounded up about half a dozen people believed to be in the country illegally.
Police say the men were inside a group of vans headed into the city from Rosenberg.
It's not clear why officers targeted the vans, but once the vans stopped, they discovered several people inside.
The passengers inside another van ran off and remain on the loose.
