The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) announced Wednesday a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for starting a fire last year inside of the Garden Ridge Home Décor Store in Conroe.

The fire occurred on October 12, 2011 and caused an estimated $15 million in damages at the store on the North Freeway near FM 242.

The blaze was set somewhere in the middle of the store during business hours. The blaze quickly grew to three-alarms and about 110,000 square feet were damaged.

Between two and three dozen customers, along with 23 employees, were inside the store at the time but everyone got out safely. There was only one minor injury -- a case of smoke inhalation due to the fire.

So far, no arrests have yet been made.

Anyone with information on this fire is encouraged to contact ATF at 1-888-ATF-FIRE or 1-888-283-3473.
