Houston police were called to a home in the 5600 block of Belarbor near Sharondale at about 1:30pm. There were initial reports that someone was being hled in the home, so SWAT officers were called to the scene.
However, police say that there was no hostage situation. Officers made contact with the homeowner who initially said he couldn't come out. SWAT was called, and everyone eventually came out peacefully.
Police say officers searched the home and found marijuana. Three people were taken into custody.
