The accident happened around 10:30pm Saturday on Greens Road near Lee.
In all, four adults and five children, ages two months to 12 years, were inside the pickup when it crashed.
According to police, the dad ran a red light and a car T-boned the truck.
The truck flipped several times before landing in a ditch.
The woman driving the car suffered minor injuries. No one else was with her.
Everyone in the truck was transported to area hospitals, but authorities said their injuries are not life-threatening.
The dad was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
