Court documents state that on July 23, Christopher Riley Jackson kicked in the door to his stepdaughter's bedroom at 10am and found the couple having sex. The boyfriend told Houston police that Jackson began hitting him with a metal baseball bat, pulled out a knife and threatened to kill him. He ran from the home and was treated at a local hospital's intensive care unit for bleeding on the brain and facial fractures.
The 15-year-old told police that she snuck her boyfriend into her room and they were having sex when her stepdad burst in and began the attack.
Jackson, 37, is charged with aggravated assault. Bail has been set at $30,000.
