Court documents state on July 15 Robert Lee Morales threw a rock at a window and the shattered glass fell on a little girl. He is also accused of punching the girl, who is a family member.
Morales, 25, is charged with endangering a child and assault, bodily injury. Bond has been set at $60,000 total.
Court records show he has multiple prior convictions including assault, burglary, drugs and theft.
