Ralph Price, 27, is charged with injury to a child for the incident on July 7. According to court documents, the woman says Price, who is her roommate's boyfriend, became upset after she told him she couldn't watch his kids for the night. She told police that Price pushed her into a wall, headbutted her in the face and stomped on her foot.
She also claims Price kicked her 1-year-old child in the face, causing cuts to his chin and upper lip.
