Investigators said 52-year-old Debra Wuneburger was driving an Isuzu Rodeo when she lost control and hit the inner guardrail on the East Freeway inbound at Monmouth in east Harris County.
The SUV then struck a Dodge pickup truck and flipped. The vehicle landed upright, but Wuneburger died at the scene. No one else was in the SUV with her.
The driver and passengers in the truck were not injured.
