A former volunteer firefighter faces charges, accused of setting up a camera inside a fire station bathroom.

It happened back in March at the New Waverly Fire Station. A female firefighter heard a clicking noise next to the toilet, and found an iPod. Someone had an app running that takes continuous pictures on the device.

Investigators took a closer look at the pictures and they say some of them show Christopher Clark, a fellow firefighter, setting up the iPod.

He is now charged with improper photography.
