Officers found her in the car pulled over on Canal near Lenox in Houston's East End. Investigators say she earlier led University of Houston police on a chase, put officers called it off after some time.
Her alleged accomplice -- another woman -- could not be found in the car and remains on the run.
Police believe the women picked up a man sometime after the pursuit.
