Homer Glenn Hollins is charged with sexual assault of a child under 17 years of age. According to court documents, the girl says on February 15, 2009, Hollins, who was 47 at the time, had sex with her at a northwest Houston residence.
She delivered a baby girl in November that same year.
Court documents state that genetic testing results from DNA analysis showed that Hollins' probability of paternity is greater than 99.99 percent.
Bail in the case has been set at $10,000.
