Rescue crews say they found the victim's body shortly after 6pm. The Harris County Sheriff's Office says earlier Monday at around 3:30pm, two males and a female were swimming at the Loves Marina and Park in East Harris County when witnesses say they lost sight of one of the men swimming across to a cove.
Rescue crews were on the scene checking the area off Beaumont Highway and the San Jacinto River.
From SkyEye 13 HD, you could see there are signs posted that read "No Swimming" and "No Lifeguard On Duty."
