Authorities have not yet disclosed the allegations that Montgomery County Pct. 4 Deputy Juan Chapa is facing, but say the Texas Rangers, Harris County and Montgomery County district attorneys offices are all involved. Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable Kenneth Hayden also is investigating.
"The integrity of the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable's Office is of utmost importance to every employee and citizen. We will work diligently and quickly to make the correct decisions in this matter," a spokesperson for Montgomery County Pct. 4 said in a prepared statement. "Because this is an ongoing investigation, no further information will be released at this time."
