In October 2011, a girl who was 13 years old at the time told police she was walking home from school in the 5700 block of Old Spanish Trail when a man drove by slowly and yelled at her. When the girl looked, she saw the man was exposing himself to her. The victim provided police with a description of the man's car, including a license plate number.
Police say the girl identified Heriberto Garcia from a photo lineup. Garcia, 22, is charged with indecency with a child. Bail in the case has been set at $5,000.
