Man accused of indecency at girls' sleepover

HOUSTON

According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, on May 20 an 11-year-old girl was attending a party at a home in West Oaks Village. She told detectives that Zenon Pico exposed himself to her and other girls at the party. She also told detectives that while she was going to sleep at the residence later that night, Pico came to her bed and inappropriately touched her.

The stepmother of the 11-year-old victim came to the Ft. Bend Co. Sheriff's Office on May 21, where deputies took her statement. Detectives later interviewed the victim as well as Pico.

The suspect is not related to the victim.

Pico, 58, was arrested on June 5 on one count of indecency by contact, a second degree felony, and one count of indecency by exposure, a third degree felony. He faced bonds of $35,000 and $20,000 and bailed out of the Ft. Bend Co. Jail on June 9.

Deputies say Pico may face additional charges.
