Officers were trying to pull over a driver on 34th near TC Jester this morning, but the suspect took off.
He drove through an apartment complex, crashed through a fence and hit a dumpster before hitting a second fence. He then got out and ran away.
Police weren't able to catch him but they say they know who he is.
