Cleto Ramos is wanted for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and is a known member of the Southwest Cholos gang.
According to the report, Ramos and four other men were riding in a white Suburban on February 24, 2008 when they jumped out of the vehicle, threatened the victim with a baseball bat, then robbed him of his wallet and cell phone.
Ramos, 21, is described as 5 foot 8, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
