The El Paso Times reports Sgt. Maj. Daniel E. Hall faces arraignment next week in El Paso.
A federal grand jury in May indicted Hall on charges of aggravated sexual abuse of a child by force, sexual abuse of a minor, sexual abuse and prohibited sexual conduct. The girl, described as being between 12 and 16 years old, allegedly was molested Feb. 19.
Hall attorney Randolph Ortega of El Paso says his client is innocent.
Hall, who's been in the military more than 20 years, is currently assigned to the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, at Fort Carson, Colo. He was arrested last month in Colorado.
