Stephanie Santana is charged with child endangerment. Employees at a northwest side tattoo parlor kicked her out Wednesday night, after she asked for a piercing, because she seemed intoxicated. When police arrived, they found beer in the baby's diaper bag and Xanax in the car.
The baby is now with other family members.
